Refund policy

Custom products are final sale. However, if there is a malfunction due to craftsmanship, House of Dame will provide a repair. User wear and tear, etc., will require a repair service fee. Product must be shipped by client for inspection. 

House of Dame has a 10-day return policy for all products that are not customized. Email House of Dame within 10-days from when your order is delivered requesting a return & refund. Product must be shipped within 10-days from receipt in original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.).
